Download tunellbear App.
Register on TunnelBear App.
Then choose Country option & select japan.
Then you will be connected to Japanese Proxies.
When it got connected, minimise it & open any browser.
Login your Blocked account & it will not ask for Photo Verification anymore.
If it did not work, try other browser.
or if all browsers show same Photo Tag Verification try other VPN Apps from Playstore which has options to connect Japanese Proxy server
